At Whit Lounge, every item is custom made just for you because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction.

Returns & Replacements

We only offer replacements under the following condition:

  • The item has a manufacturer defect or arrives damaged

If you believe your item qualifies, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos showing the defect or issue

  • Include your order number in your message

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Important Notes

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for replacement

  • We do not offer refunds, only replacements for approved defective items

  • Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for review
